卡尔文和戴夫还将相处至少一季的时间，CBS宣布《东邻西舍》将续订第五季，作为该台2022-2023的总计划中的一部播出。本剧收视率取得了喜人的成绩，是CBS收视率排名前四的喜剧之一。据网络统计，本剧收视人数为662万。

《时空怪客 Quantum Leap》是在89-93年时播出的科幻剧，母剧讲述物理学家Sam Beckett（Scott Bakula饰演）在获得政府支持下进行一项名为「量子跳跃」的时间旅行研究计划，但当苦无进展并准备被政府撤资下，Sam决定自己走进加速器进行测试。可惜实验并没有完全成功，主角虽然成功进行了时间旅行，但跳跃点并不受控，而且会一直持续跳跃。 　　重启版则讲述在Sam Beckett踏入加速器并且消失后已有30年，而现在有一支新团队要重新启动此项目，希望能了解它背后的奥秘。 　　Scott Bakula不会参与此项目。

CW宣布开发DC剧《高谭骑士 Gotham Knights》，由《蝙蝠女侠 Batwoman》幕后Chad Fiveash﹑James Stoteraux及Natalie Abrams负责，Berlanti Productions负责制片。 　　《高谭骑士》根据漫画角色改编，讲述Bruce Wayne被杀后，他那叛逆的养子及反派的孩子们意外组成同盟，因为他们都被诬陷是杀害蝙蝠侠的真凶；作为高谭市的头号通缉犯，主角们得努力还自己一个清白，然而失去蝙蝠侠的高谭也同时陷入最危险的境况，「高谭骑士」也因此将会成为这儿的新英雄们。
